In the series he fights against beings made of desire named Greeed, the four enemies being Gamel, Uva (who is awesome), Mezool and Kazari (who I hate, a lot), the fifth is Ankh who becomes sort of an ally to Eiji (OOO) its a complicated relationship
Anyway its the 40th year of Kamen Rider and its a big deal, the series surely lives up to that whole its been 40 years thing, its really awesome and it ended brilliantly (better than W imo)
